(1) Processing of graphite electrodes. The machining of the electrode can be divided into 3 processes: boring and rough flat end face, turning outer circle and fine flat end face, and thread milling.
(2) Processing of conical joints. The processing of conical joints can be divided into 6 processes: cutting, flat end face, turning taper surface, thread milling, drilling bolt and slotting.
(3) Processing of cylindrical joints. Cylindrical joints can be divided into 3 processes: cutting, flat end face and thread milling.
(4) Processing of carbon block. The processing of carbon block is mainly to flatten six sides.
(5) Processing of special-shaped carbon materials. According to the needs of users, cutting, turning, grinding, boring, grooving and planing are carried out. For products with special requirements, more precise processing is required after normal processing.
